Connections Church Event Planning Requests
In an effort to better plan events and be able to promote them successfully, we have created a streamlined process within the church. Please note that events may be planned outside of this process and timelines, however they may not be able to be fully supported by the necessary teams (production, promotion, etc.).

We will do our best to work with you and make your event successful, however if your event request is not within the timelines below, we can not guarantee we will be able to provide all of the resources needed for your event. Advance planning and communication is key.
45 Days Out:
- Event Request Form submitted
35 Days Out:
- Event details confirmed and communicated to all involved areas (website, production, calendar, promotion, etc.)
30 Days Out:
- Event graphics created
- Event added to website
- Facebook Event created
- Video Elements (must be rough scripted ahead of time)
- Event listing on Sunday handout
- Printed materials (for day-of event) requested
14-29 Days Out:
- Event mention from the platform on Sundays
- Social media promotion
- Finalize print materials, quantity, and send to printer
